【Preventing Illness】*要点説明あり

It is that time of year when the weather gets cooler and the flu season is on its way. People can be assured that they will hear coughing and sneezing as the weather changes and the temperature gets colder. They can make provisions to help reduce the effects of any possible illness that may come their way.
As is often advertised, it is best to frequently wash your hands and drink a lot of liquids. Increase resistance and immunity to illness, it is also very good to get sufficient sleep at night. Being deprived of enough sleep easily wears down people. Fatigue and exhaustion is the doorway to illness.
As mentioned before, it is important to drink a lot of liquids. Many healthy people are in the habit of bringing a bottle of water wherever they go. Being hydrated helps flush out toxins that are in the system. During colder seasons, people take advantage of having a lot of soups and stews that are delicious and also have a high liquid content.
Vitamin supplements such as zinc and vitamin C also help prevent illness. One of the ways to get vitamin C is to have a lot of orange juice as a drink with meals. Other fruit juices are just as effective. The vitamin supplements are easily found on shelves as an over-the-counter supplement at any common pharmacy store.
