I have very sensitive dry skin so I have to use something that’s extra gentle on my skin as my skin care routine. I always had eczema as a child but it went away when I was in high school. I had an occasional breakouts but it was nothing sever.
But when I was in collage after moving into the dorm I had a major outbreak. It was all over my body and I needed to get hospitalized for 1 week to get it cleared.
Since then my eczema stayed under control and I had no issues with it. Until now.
Since I moved to Mississippi 3 years ago I’ve been having a really irritating flare-ups. I don’t know what caused it but I am dealing with it everyday. I can’t use the same body wash that I used to use in Japan. I have to make sure I use the right kind of products to keep it at bay.
I’ve been doing A LOT of research about skin care and what will be the best option for me. I find out that A LOT of products in the market has a lot of potentially harmful ingredients. They use synthetic ingredients to make it look nice, feel nice and smell nice. Like food you always have to read the label and stick to ingredients that you can pronounce. If you can’t pronounce the name that’s listed on the label then that’s most likely a synthetic chemical that you don’t want to put on your body. If you have super sensitive skin please research the product before you buy it. Don’t trust the claim that the company tells you. They will twist anything to make it sound appealing. Go with Natural Organic choices.
I have found my Holy Grail skin care products that I will always use. They don’t test on animals and they only get their product fresh. All of their ingredients are hand picked and selected carefully . I really like the idea of using fruits, vegetables and natural organic ingredients to help soothe my skin. 100% natural cold pressed unrefined oils are one of the best way to moisturize your skin, hair, body pretty much everywhere on your body!! It has a lot of great benefits to fight with anti aging, wrinkles, irritation, redness, dryness and sensitivity and more.
Try looking at the label before you purchase a product and ask yourself “are they really safe?” next time when you are at the store!
